Annual General Meeting – 2020
It was planned to hold the Annual General Meeting – Season 2019-2020 at Durham City RFC on Thursday 28th May 2020.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, that meeting will no longer be held, but the AGM will be held using email so that we are ready for next season.

continue in their roles.

to be considered for any of the positions, please return the Nomination Form to me by Monday 25th May 2020. E signatures are acceptable.
If there is
more than one candidate for any post, an election will be carried out online.
