Under the Covid-19 he North East has been split into 2 areas North North East and South North East. Whilst these area’s are in Tier 3, travelling restrictions between the 2 areas are subject to travelling restrictions. Currently it appears teams, players and officials are not allowed to travel from one area to another. The teams in the North North East Covid area are in RED text below and those in the South North East Covid area are in GREEN. Richmondshire is actually situated in North Yorkshire which is in tier 2. Travel from tier 3 to tier 2 is not allowed for rugby purposes.
Hopefully the tier 3 status will be reconsidered on the 16th of December meaning travel and the cluster leagues may go ahead as planned
